“I contacted EcoComfort Insulation to top up the insulation in the attic just before Green On qualification deadline. Great experience from contact, inspection, quote and installation. Claudia provides great customer experience and follow-up. Wojtek came out and quoted and answered any questions. The installation team Phil, Tom, David and Simon (hope I got all the names right if not apologies) were friendly, courteous and professional. They took pictures using my camera and answered all my questions. They addressed my concern about bathroom duct connection verified one wasn't connected properly and replaced it with insulated ducting. After the job was completed they vacuumed afterwards. Awesome experience and I have noticed a difference immediately especially on the top floor. Temperature is more consistent throughout the whole house. This will be much easier for the HVAC equipment. Looking forward to gas and electric savings. The quote without the debate is reasonable and I would have gone ahead with the job without the rebate.
